All final payments are due by April 1, 2011 or slip will be forfeited!

Outside storage includes shrink wrap and all storage includes summerization of the boat the following spring.• There is an additional Forklift Handling Charge of $35 for all Tri-toons regardless of size and all other boats 23 and up.• There is an additional charge of $195.00 for boats with 2 engines, and $139.00 for boats with a Fresh Water System or Ballast System.• No additional charge for winter trailer storage with boat storage. All trailers must be labeled with the customers name. We are not responsible for trailers left at the marina unless they are registered at the office with a copy of the registration and all fees paid. • We require two weeks notice from our storage customers in the spring before placing their boat in the water for the first time for the summer season. Boats will not be removed from the storage areas until the Spring of 2012. No boats will be launched without a photocopy of your boat registration and insurance. • Winter Storage fees must be paid in full at time of storage.
