Payment Plans:
· Payments made after the March 15th due date will be subject to a monthly service charge of 1.5% of outstanding balance. · Customers who pay in advance for full year dockage and storage (cash or check no credit cards) by October 1, 2010 will receive a 5% discount.
Senior Citizens (over age 62) will receive a 5% discount on dockage and
storage fees (discount will not be applied to maintenance charges or
PP&L service charge).All final payments are due by April 1, 2010 or
slip will be forfeited! ![]()
WINTER STORAGE RATES

2010/2011 SEASON
· Winter Storage plans include: gas stabilizer, bottom power wash, battery charge, removal of engine drain plugs, removal of hull drain plugs, non-toxic anti-freeze solution in engine, fogging of outboard motor, and lower unit oil change. Outside storage includes shrink wrap and all storage includes summerization of the boat the following spring. · There is an additional Forklift Handling Charge of $30 for all Tri-toons regardless of size and all other boats 23 and up. · There is an additional charge of $195.00 for boats with 2 engines, and $125.00 for boats with a Fresh Water System or Ballast System. · No additional charge for winter trailer storage with boat storage. All trailers must be labeled with the customers name. We are not responsible for trailers left at the marina unless they are registered at the office with a copy of the registration and all fees paid. · We require two weeks notice from our storage customers in the spring before placing their boat in the water for the first time for the summer season. Boats will not be removed from the storage areas until the Spring of 2011. No boats will be launched without a photocopy of your boat registration and insurance. · Winter Storage fees must be paid in full at time of storage. If combined with summer dockage, the full year fees may be paid in 2 equal installments due Oct. 1, 2010 and Jan. 31, 2011 · Customers who pay in advance for full year dockage and storage (cash or check no credit cards) by October 15, 2010 will receive a 5% discount.
